Bay Path University Visitor Form

Residential students may request to have a maximum of two guests in the residence at a time. This pertains to any daytime, overnight, or even quick "pop-in" visits. Registering your guest is required. All students who would like to have a guest must complete this form and have their guest(s) register with Public Safety. Students who fail to comply with these guidelines may have their guest privileges revoked and be subject to student conduct. Please note that effective May 11, 2023, Bay Path University has made the decision to no longer mandate the COVID-19 vaccination for students, employees, and guests.
